  • Ability to set any combination of fasteners in sheets depending on number of C-Frames
  • One feed system can feed more than one C-Frame
  • Robot presents sheet metal part to C-frame
  • Feeder and control (see A100) are situated outside the robotic cell
  • Standardized signal exchange with main control of the robotic cell Profibus and Devicenet

  • Modular design: placing head, blow feed unit, and PLC controls
  • Can be integrated with robotic controls
  • Placing head functions within 0 to 360 degrees
  • PLC monitors entire machine cycle for faults
  • Robot mounted (moves the head to each location)
  • Stand alone (part is brought to insertion head by robot or operator)
