  A100 High Speed In-die Fastener Setting System

The Autoriv A100 is a turn-key in-die setting system for studs, nuts and specials ( Ball Studs, J-nuts, Glide Bearings, Stand-offs, Rivets, Positioning Pins, Blind Threaded Inserts, Weld fasteners, Clips and Small Plastic parts). This system can be used with transfer- and progressive tools. The A100 can set up to 8 parts per stroke at up to 100 SPM (depending on part and press) at maximum reliability. This system introduces a new method of cost efficient production. Various patented concepts provide a solution for almost every application
